Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Dakota Covington’s case, and something that's been nagging at me is how unchanged his online presence was leading up to his disappearance. Most of us scroll through our social media, and if someone suddenly goes off-grid, you'd expect some kind of activity or interaction, even if minor. Dakota's accounts were just...normal. Posts about his dog, some local community stuff, and music he liked. No signs of distress or plans to leave. It's odd because it makes me wonder if he planned to leave, would he not have tied up online ends or left hints? Or maybe this was completely out of his control. Anyone else looked into his profiles or noticed something I haven't?
Also, his close-knit nature—seems like someone like him wouldn’t just vanish without a trace. Would love to hear any theories or if anyone local knows more about where he’d usually hang out. Hoping for some fresh insights. ?
Did anyone else catch that bit about the tattoos Dakota has? I've been thinking that with such distinctive features—those claw marks and the tribal band—someone would've spotted him if he’s been out in public. It’s not like they’re easy to miss, especially in a small community like Mead. I'm curious if local tattoo shops have been consulted during the investigation. Tattoo artists generally have good instincts for remembering their clients, even years later. If Dakota had been in any nearby areas, someone with a similar style might’ve taken note. If anyone knows more about whether his tattoos have been a focal point in the investigation, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
