I didn't know Donald personally, but I've been following this case closely since the beginning. It breaks my heart to hear about his passing, especially knowing it was on his 39th birthday. It's just so tragic for his family, especially his daughter who has to grow up without her dad. I can't even imagine what they're going through right now. There's been a lot of discussion about whether the charges against Basham were appropriate given the circumstances of the altercation. It's important to let the legal process play out, but I hope justice is done for Donald and his loved ones. It's hard to understand how a situation can escalate so quickly and lead to such a devastating outcome. Sending all my thoughts and prayers to the Haworth family during this unimaginably difficult time. ?
