I can't stop thinking about the impact Jeylon's loss has had on his school and classmates. It's so tragic that someone so young with a whole future ahead of him had his life cut short. From what I gather, Jeylon was a friendly and well-liked student, and his absence has left a noticeable void. His friends are reportedly organizing a memorial at the school to honor his memory and it's beautiful how they are coming together to support each other during this time. No one should have to go through this at such a young age. I hope they find some comfort in remembering the good times with Jeylon. If anyone who knew him wants to share more about how the school community is coping, please do. We all want justice for Jeylon, and my thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by this tragedy.
