Has anyone else been following this case? I can't stop thinking about the impact these violent acts have on the families and communities left behind. I recently learned that Stephen Tucker was working hard to better his life before he was tragically murdered. It's beyond upsetting to think about the endless potential that was lost. I've read that there were some community initiatives trying to address gang violence and support young people on Chicago's West Side around that time, but does anyone know if they received sufficient support or results? It's just so frustrating to see lives cut short while larger issues seem to persist unchecked. If anyone has any insight or resources that focus on community-led solutions, I'd love to learn more.
