Hey everyone, I've been digging into the details surrounding the awful murder spree committed by Steelman and Gretzler, and I found something that really struck me about how close they came to being stopped right after poor Gilbert Sierra was killed. Vincent Armstrong's brave escape from his moving car is incredible. Imagine the sheer terror he must have felt realizing his life was at risk, only to pull off what must have felt like his only chance to survive. His quick thinking allowed law enforcement to get a description of the perpetrators and their vehicle, which was crucial in piecing together their path of violence. It's chilling to think that without his actions, more lives could have been lost before they eventually got caught in California. My thoughts are with all the victims and their families during this difficult chapter in history. It's stories like Vincent's that make me wonder how often hope and bravery can intersect amid such darkness. Anyone else have any insights or additional details on how his information helped in pursuing justice for all the victims?
