Has anyone else noticed how eerie it is that the female victim was able to recall the license plate number while she was sleeping? It's both chilling and fascinating how the mind works in traumatic situations. I can't even begin to imagine the stress she must have been under, yet somehow her brain retained such a critical piece of information. It's a testament to her strength and perhaps even a little miracle in this tragic situation. I hope that Brett Berholtz's family can find some solace in the fact that justice is being pursued. It's horrible that such violence and senselessness have impacted this community. My thoughts go out to all affected by this tragedy.

I can't stop thinking about the young woman who survived this tragedy.
