I'm really troubled by the part of this case where the owner of the car wasn't charged. I can't stop thinking about how someone could be involved in something so heinous and just walk away without any repercussions. I mean, she allegedly helped clean the car and didn't report anything. Imagine having knowledge of such a crime and not stepping forward; it's hard to fathom what might lead someone to make that choice. My thoughts are with Lillian's family—I can't imagine the pain they're experiencing right now. Justice for Lillian seems to be on the horizon with Santos's arrest, but it's unsettling that others might bear some responsibility but still remain free. Would love to hear what others think about this aspect of the case and whether charges should be considered for the vehicle owner.
Does anyone else find it alarming that the vehicle owner hasn't been charged yet? I mean, it's baffling how someone can help dispose of a body and not face any consequences. While Joshua Santos has rightly been charged and is awaiting trial, it feels like there's a huge missing piece with the car owner's involvement.
It's deeply distressing to think about Lillian's last moments and how more people might have been involved, or at least complicit enough to try and scrub away evidence. Lillian deserves justice, and her family should have some peace knowing everyone involved is held accountable.
Hoping more information will come to light soon and authorities take necessary actions against all parties involved. Thoughts?
