I can't stop thinking about how deeply Richard's passing affects the community. It’s so sad to hear about such a well-respected man like him, who spent his life working hard and enjoying nature, succumbing to such an unfortunate accident. It seems like everyone in the area knew him either from his 30 years at J&J Truck Bodies or from his passion for hunting and fishing. It makes me wonder about the importance of firearm safety, even for experienced individuals. Richard was an avid outdoorsman, and this goes to show how a split-second mistake can lead to tragic circumstances. My heart goes out to his wife Beth, their son Bradly, and the entire family who have not only lost a dear family member but also a cornerstone of their family gatherings and outdoor adventures. It’s good to know a memorial will allow everyone to come together and celebrate his life, although it can't fill the void he's left behind. His memory will surely live on, especially through cherished family stories and the shared love for the things he enjoyed most.
