I've been following the East Rochester case, and my heart truly goes out to Vanessa's kids and her family. It must be so incredibly difficult to sift through the shock and pain, especially for her son who unfortunately discovered them. I can only imagine the lasting impact such a traumatic event might have on him. It’s also puzzling to me that there weren't any formal divorce filings in court, even though they were reportedly going through a separation. Perhaps they had only recently made the decision or were trying to handle it privately? Either way, I hope anyone who might have further details reaches out to the authorities, as it could help provide much-needed closure for the families involved. Losing both parents in such a tragic manner is beyond devastating, and they deserve all the support and answers we can give.

It’s a huge loss for their community and especially for Vanessa's children. My heart goes out to Haiden and Heidi; losing a parent is unimaginable at any age, let alone under such circumstances.
