Has anyone else come across the update about the search dogs used in John Wesley Johnson's case? I was reading about how they brought in dogs to search the area, but I’m curious if they expanded beyond County Road 294. Given how rural those parts can be, seems like it’d be a tough job for the K9 units. Also, does anyone know if the weather conditions were ideal at the time for the dogs to detect anything? I’ve heard mixed things about how much weather can affect their ability to track a scent. I hope they didn’t miss anything important. If anyone local can shed light on whether the search efforts have covered enough ground, please share!
Has anyone else looked into the significance of the area where John was last seen? County Road 294 in Hillsboro isn't exactly a bustling area, and it makes me wonder why he was around there. Was he meeting someone or was it just a random drop-off location? I know in small towns like Moulton, people talk, and it's hard to keep secrets. Do you think there's a chance someone saw more than they’ve admitted, maybe due to fear or loyalty to someone else? I'm hopeful that any new tips could still lead us somewhere... especially since Chief Deputy Covington mentioned they've been following up on everything they get.
