I’ve been following Richard Chandler's case since it first came up, and something that I can’t stop thinking about is potential sightings that might have gone unreported. Dallas is such a bustling city with so many people in and out every day. If Richard did wander somewhere due to memory issues, there must have been someone who saw him—maybe at a café or on public transit. I keep wondering if we could leverage local businesses or social media to spread more awareness and request people to think back to that weekend in July 2021. Anyone remember seeing an older gentleman who seemed lost or confused? It could make all the difference.
