I've been following Anthony Hernandez's case since it first came to light, and I can't stop thinking about his family and the unimaginable pain they're enduring right now. I can't even begin to understand what it's like to lose someone so young and full of potential in such a senseless way. I saw that Anthony's family set up a GoFundMe to help cover his funeral expenses, and reading his sister’s words about him being kind and funny just broke something in me. It's amazing how sometimes these small glimpses into the person he was can make you feel like you knew him. I noticed that the police have urged anyone with information to come forward, and I really hope those with knowledge have the courage to speak up. It’s crucial for justice to be served, not just for Anthony’s family but for the whole community dealing with this loss. I hope they find some peace knowing that others are also seeking justice for Anthony. My thoughts go out to his parents and siblings during this incredibly difficult time.
