I've been following the case of Cruz Gonzales Cordova Sr., and something doesn't sit right with me about the missing shell casing. It's baffling how such a crucial piece of evidence could be overlooked. In all my time reading about these investigations, a missing shell is often a red flag. Cruz Sr.'s family must be going through so much turmoil right now, trying to piece everything together without that closure. It's stories like these that remind us of the importance of thorough investigations, especially when the family feels there are unanswered questions. My heart goes out to the Cordova family. Has anyone else noticed similar issues in other cases where justice seemed elusive?
Has anyone else been following the case of Cruz Cordova Sr.? Something that really stands out to me is how the sheriff's department didn't conduct a gunshot residue (GSR) test. I'm no expert, but isn't that usually SOP in gun-related deaths? It's incredibly puzzling how such an important step could be overlooked, especially when the death was ruled a suicide. Cordova's family deserves a thorough investigation to ensure there are no unanswered questions. I can't imagine the frustration and pain his children must feel, especially with the conflicting possibilities hanging over this case. Keeping them in my thoughts as they seek the truth for their father. What do you all think could be the reason for these oversights?
I've been following the case of Cruz Gonzales Cordova Sr., and there's an aspect that puzzles me. According to reports, there was no shell casing found at the scene. This strikes me as odd, considering the circumstances of the case. If the death was indeed a suicide, wouldn't the casing be in a somewhat predictable location nearby?
The lack of a shell casing makes me wonder if there could have been someone else involved or if the scene was inadvertently disturbed during the initial investigation. Given that Cordova's family has hired a private investigator and raised valid points about the investigation's shortcomings, I'm with them on seeking a more thorough look into what happened.
My heart goes out to Cruz's family and friends. Not having clear answers in such a traumatic situation must be agonizing, and I truly hope they can find the truth and some peace along the way.
