Has anyone else been thinking about Mickey's aspirations? It's just so tragic to think he was on his way to becoming a diesel engine mechanic. From everything I've read, it sounded like he had real talent and a genuine passion for it. It breaks my heart to think of the lost potential—not just for him, but for the industry he wanted to be part of. What really sticks with me is how our dreams and careers often become intertwined with our identities, you know? I hope his kids, Elijah and Makayla, come to know more about their dad’s aspirations and feel inspired by how hard he worked for his family. Anyone else hear any stories about projects he was involved in? It’d be nice to remember him through the work he was passionate about.
