I was reading about the recent incident in Houston where a minor traffic collision tragically ended in a fatal shooting, and it got me thinking about the impact of road rage. I can't imagine the shock and heartbreak (oops, there’s that word) that Francisco Estrada's family and friends must be experiencing. It's sad how quickly things got out of hand. There must be something more we can do to raise awareness about road rage and teach de-escalation techniques. Maybe driving schools could incorporate this into their curriculum? Just seems like no one should lose their life over a fender bender. What are everyone's thoughts on this? How do you all stay calm and avoid road rage?
