Does anyone have more info on the weather conditions out near Surprise Cove and Cochrane Bay when Victor went missing? I’ve been out on the water in that area before, and it can get pretty unpredictable. I'm wondering if a sudden change might have contributed to him falling overboard. It's just strange that none of the others on the boat seemed to have noticed anything until it was too late. Anyone with local knowledge, did something unexpected happen out there around Saturday morning? Stay safe out there, folks.
