Hey everyone, I've been following the Nick Hallam case and there's a detail that's been sticking with me. I was thinking about the role of surveillance footage in shaping this investigation. It's eerie how much a single camera can reveal and how often these devices become silent witnesses in such tragic events. In this case, it seemed to change the entire narrative that was initially presented by Maryann Demetro. What's chilling to me is how different things might have gone without that footage, and it's got me wondering about other cases where crucial evidence might have been missed due to lack of cameras. I'm just really glad Hallam's family can begin to get some truth, though I can't even begin to imagine the pain and betrayal they must feel right now. My heart is really going out to them. Has anyone else thought about how vital technology has become in getting justice for victims? How do you all feel about it?
