I’ve been thinking a lot about how Davis's family has been coping since the tragedy. It’s been six months, and I can’t imagine the pain of losing a loved one under such awful circumstances. You can really feel the community’s support for them, especially through the GoFundMe and all the tributes. They say he was a dedicated father, and I hope that his son can find some peace knowing how beloved his dad was. This case really raises tough questions on how society should handle situations involving young offenders. It’s such a complex issue, and it requires us to think deeply about how to prevent such tragedies in the future. I genuinely hope we can learn from this to better protect our communities and support victims’ families.

Just came across an update on the tragic loss of Matthew Davis and it’s been weighing heavily on my mind. I didn't know him personally, but hearing about his dedication as a worker and father is truly touching. It's a reminder of how this isn't just another case to discuss but an actual life lost, leaving a child without a father. I can't even begin to imagine the hole this has left in his family's life. What really got me thinking, though, is how does a community heal from something as tragic as this? It's not just about finding justice for Matthew, but also addressing the larger issues at play here—like how a child even had access to such a weapon. I hope those conversations are happening in Keene and beyond. I really feel for his son. Growing up without a parent is unimaginably hard. I'm glad there's a GoFundMe campaign set up to help support him, and I hope it eases at least some of the burden in this difficult time. Sending strength and love to everyone who knew and cared for Matthew.
