I'm really struck by the way communities are coming together in support of Ricardo "Jay" De La Fuente Jr.'s family following such a senseless tragedy. The funeral services at Palm Heights Mortuary must have been incredibly emotional, but it's heartening to hear that so many gathered to pay their respects and celebrate his life. It's clear that Jay was loved deeply, and the strength of his family, especially his mom Vanessa and sister Bernice, during this incredibly tough time is nothing short of inspiring. The pain of losing someone so young and full of potential under such circumstances is unimaginable. As the trial for the suspects approaches, I genuinely hope the family finds some form of comfort and justice. It’s a long road ahead, but community support can make a significant difference.
