I’ve been following the tragic events that unfolded on Lemmon Avenue, and I can't stop thinking about Kevin Jaramillo's family. I truly can't imagine what they’re going through right now. Losing a loved one so suddenly and violently must be unimaginably painful. I’ve noticed a lot of discussion about the exchange of gunfire, but are there any details about what Kevin's life was like? Knowing more about his background and interests might give perspective on the kind of person we lost. It’s easy to get lost in the details of the crime itself, but we shouldn't forget there's a grieving family dealing with a colossal void. If anyone here attended his services or knows more about Kevin's life in Garland, it might help us honor his memory appropriately while also keeping the focus on finding any potential suspects.
