Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the role of home security systems and how they might have impacted the tragic events on Mickelson Drive. It's just impossible not to feel for everyone involved, especially Rivera’s family and the community that has been shaken by this tragedy. Having a security system can record such altercations, and in situations as complex as this, any video evidence might help bring some clarity. Unfortunately, we often overlook the importance of these systems until it's too late. Whether they could have helped in preventing or at least shedding light on what truly happened, we might never know. My heart goes out to Rivera’s loved ones and all who are affected by this senseless act. Be safe, everyone, and hug your loved ones a little tighter today.
