Wow, I just stumbled across this case about Nelson from Ft. Myers and something about it has really been bugging me. Do we know why Nelson might have been heading to Guatemala? Is there any family or friends there he was close to? I remember reading about another case where someone disappeared and it turned out they were trying to reconnect with relatives they hadn’t seen in years. Could this be a similar situation? Also, I’m curious if that area near Unique Circle has any significance, like was it a place he visited often, or was he just passing through? Anyone who's local or knows the area have any insights?

Has anyone heard about Nelson's case lately? I get curious about these missing person cases that seem to just fade from the public eye. Especially since he was last seen in Ft. Myers, which isn’t all that far from where I live. I’m wondering if there’s been any update on his potential plans to travel to Guatemala. The area where he was last seen, Unique Circle, is pretty residential from what I know, so I'm curious if anyone else in the neighborhood saw something that day. I just hope his story can get more exposure so people will keep looking out and maybe someone will see or hear something valuable. Any thoughts?
