Hey everyone, I’ve been following Clem Williams' case from Baton Rouge and am puzzled by one particular detail. I don’t understand how there’s no CCTV footage or witness report from when he was last seen back in October 2021. Baton Rouge isn't exactly a small town, and you'd expect there to be at least some camera footage from nearby businesses or traffic cams, right? Does anyone here have insights into the area's surveillance situation, or maybe why there might be a lack of footage in Clem's case? Just trying to piece together why there may be such a gap in the evidence.
