Has anyone else been following the updates on Megan Rouse's case? I've been thinking a lot about how HPD is piecing everything together, especially with the surveillance footage. It’s unsettling how one person can be connected to multiple crimes, and the fact that the shell casings relate to other assaults really paints a chilling picture of Flowers’ history. Imagine the fear in those communities knowing someone like that was out there. My heart truly goes out to Megan's family and friends as they seek closure.
