I recently came across Joshua Solis’s case, and it just hits so close to home thinking about what his family must be going through. I live not too far from the Culebra Road area, and it’s alarming how something so tragic happened right in our community. I’ve noticed that the intersection where the Family Dollar is located now has more surveillance cameras. Seeing this makes me wonder if the police have any leads from local businesses’ footage or if there are any unidentified witnesses from that night. It's really distressing thinking about the fact that Josh was just trying to leave when the suspects shot him. I can’t imagine the fear he must have felt in those last moments. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. It’s truly touching to see how they are honoring his life and keeping his memory alive. I hope the community steps up, and someone comes forward with information to bring his family the closure they deserve.
