It makes me wonder if this was a targeted attack or truly random.
I know the police are scouring for surveillance footage, but given that it happened in such a public and busy location, I'm hoping there are witnesses who were there and might remember something useful. I've been following the case about Carlos Moore's tragic death and something's been gnawing at me. Does anyone else think the location seems a bit odd? Taco Cabana patios are usually well-lit and somewhat busy spots, at least in the evenings. It seems strange for someone to approach Carlos and shoot him in such a public setting before just fleeing on foot. Either the suspect really didn't care about being seen, or they had some inside knowledge of how to evade detection. I'm deeply saddened for Carlos’ family and I can't even imagine what they're going through right now. Hopefully, the security footage from nearby businesses might shed some light or catch someone’s eye. If anyone has some insights on the area or potential leads, please share.

Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Carlos Moore? I can't believe something like this happened in what should be a casual and safe place like a restaurant patio.
