Has anyone else been thinking about the possible motive behind Encarnacion Ibarra's tragic killing? It’s so upsetting to hear such a senseless act of violence has taken another life in University Park, a place familiar to many of us. Ibarra was just sitting in his truck when his life was suddenly taken. There’s so much we don’t know yet, and not having a suspect description makes it all the more unsettling.
