Did anyone else catch that part in the news about Jack, the owner of the gas station where the shooting happened? I genuinely feel for the guy. He seemed truly shaken when he talked about Albert Meek. It's tough when someone you've seen around your place gets caught up in such a terrible situation. Jack mentioned he installed 36 surveillance cameras and kept the area well-lit to ensure safety. It’s just so frustrating that, despite those efforts, things like this still happen. ? It makes me wonder about the measures local businesses can take to protect their customers and employees, especially in places experiencing a surge in gun violence. My thoughts are with Albert’s family, and also with Jack and his staff, who are probably still reeling from what they witnessed. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
