Hey everyone,
I've been following the Darius Lopez case, and it really got me thinking about the role of technology in solving such crimes. The use of ShotSpotter technology to detect gunfire is fascinating. It's incredible how quickly law enforcement can be alerted to gunshots without the need for someone to call 911. But does anyone know how accurate these systems are? Could they potentially mislead investigators, or is the technology pretty reliable?
It's so sad to think about Darius and his family going through such a loss, and I'm sure everyone close to him wants answers just as much as we do. If these technological advancements can help in even the smallest way, it makes me hope for more solutions like them in the future. Does anyone have thoughts on the impact of tech like this on solving cases, or any stories of it aiding in other investigations?
Hoping for more breakthroughs soon. Darius deserves justice.
