I can't stop thinking about Melissa Quintero’s children and how their lives have been turned upside down. Losing a parent is hard enough under any circumstances, but in such a traumatic way? It's unthinkable. As a mom of two myself, the thought of children having to face life milestones without their mother's guidance and presence is just devastating. Melissa being described as a "social butterfly" really hit home for me. I can imagine how her energy must have lit up any room she entered. This case makes you appreciate the simple moments we often take for granted. I hope the local community rallies around these kids and gives them the support they sorely need in the difficult times ahead. If anyone can give, even a little, to help with funeral costs, I’m sure it would make a world of difference. Let’s help keep Melissa’s spirit alive through her children.
