Has anyone looked into the make and model of the car that Linda Merritt was seen getting into on the night she disappeared? It's strange that after all these years, there doesn't seem to be any clear identification or even a description of the vehicle. Her street wasn’t very busy at that time of night, so wouldn't someone have noticed a car they didn't recognize? It would be interesting to know if this angle was ever fully explored. Also, does anyone know if there were any surveillance cameras around the neighborhood back in '97 that might have caught a glimpse of it? Even though it was decades ago, maybe any overlooked footage would still provide some clues.
