Hey everyone, I've been reading through the discussions here about Joe Andrews' disappearance and wanted to bring up something that's been on my mind. Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on the night Joe went missing? San Rafael can get quite foggy around December, especially near the Golden Gate Bridge. I wonder if the visibility could have played a role in what happened to Joe. Our local news predicted heavy fog that night, and I'm curious if this could have impacted any possible search efforts or how quickly anyone would have noticed him or found his backpack. Anyone familiar with how weather might affect someone's actions or search operations around that area? I’d appreciate any thoughts or insights on this angle. Thanks!

Wow, the Joe Andrews case has been baffling me for a while now. I stumbled across some older posts here and noticed nobody has really talked about the mysterious circumstances surrounding the discovery of his backpack on the Golden Gate Bridge. This just seems so strange to me. It raises a lot of questions: Why was the backpack there but no sign of Joe? I mean, it's such a busy spot, you'd think someone would have seen something. Was it placed there to mislead? Or did something happen before he even made it to the bridge? Just trying to wrap my head around it. Any locals remember details or anything from that time? Appreciate any insights or theories folks might have!
