Has anyone looked into the weather conditions in Asheville around the time Mauro Soto went missing? Sometimes it seems that adverse weather could potentially lead people to unexpected situations – maybe crossing paths with someone they otherwise wouldn't have or taking an unusual route. If he was heading somewhere else from where he was last seen, perhaps the weather on March 13, 2003, could provide some clues or at least help piece together a timeline. It might sound trivial, but every little detail counts in cases like this. Has this angle been explored by any of the sleuths here?
