Has anyone else looked into the presence of any witness reports around Waipahu from the first week of October 2003? I've been going through some of the archived materials and can't seem to find any credible sightings of Ho-Ae Foster after she was reported missing. It's as if she vanished into thin air! I came across a mention of a local community event that happened around that time. I wonder if anyone from that event saw anything unusual or possibly interacted with her. If anyone knows more about community gatherings in Waipahu at that time or where to find more information, it could provide us with some additional context or paths to explore. Anything helps.
