I recently came across Jose Tellez's case again, and something that puzzled me is why there have been no reported sightings over the years. Given that he disappeared in a busy city like San Antonio, you'd think someone might have seen him at some point. It makes me wonder if something happened close to his home shortly after he left. Also, it's so frustrating that despite being in missing persons databases like NamUs, leads haven't come up. Has anyone else dug into how effective these databases really are in older cases? It seems like they should at least generate some tips, even years later. Maybe it's worth looking into local places he was known to frequent? Any thoughts on local efforts that might not have been in the news?

I've been following Jose Tellez's case for a while now and I'm curious if anyone else has considered the area he was last seen in. San Antonio is a big place, and from what I've gathered, there hasn't been much emphasis on searching specific neighborhoods or areas that he might have frequented. I wonder if there could be witnesses or even surveillance footage from businesses around October 3, 2007, that might have gone unnoticed. Has anyone looked into whether local community centers or stores have any old records or footage? It seems like revisiting those locations might be a good lead. Anyone in the area with thoughts on potential overlooked spots?
