Has anyone else been thinking about how deeply this incident might affect Angelique’s brother, Curtis? While there’s no excusing the tragedy, I can’t help but feel a pang of empathy for him. The weight of knowing he accidentally took his sister’s life is unimaginable. I'm sure the family is supporting one another as best they can in such a difficult time, but Curtis must be facing an internal storm. It's heartbreaking for the family all around. I hope they all find the strength to navigate this incredibly tough situation, and I’m sending love to everyone who knew Angelique. Her warmth and dedication should be remembered in all of this.
I've been following Angelique Ferguson's case, and something really bothers me about the aftermath of her tragic death. I understand the shooting was deemed accidental, but can we talk about Curtis's reaction after the incident? Fleeing the scene is a huge red flag for me. I can't begin to imagine the panic and confusion both Curtis and the family must have experienced, but escaping like that seems to add more weight to the situation. It’s incredibly sad that this accident cost Angelique her life, and I just wonder what was going through Curtis's mind in those moments. My thoughts are with her three children and the rest of her family. To lose a loved one in such unforeseen circumstances must be devastating. Anyone else think Curtis’s flight might impact how the jurors perceive his actions?
