Has anyone else been following the shocking case of Heather Danielle Higgins in Rhea County? I can’t stop thinking about it. Her attempt to diffuse the tension between Butler and his neighbors was incredibly brave, and it just hurts to know that Heather's intentions were so genuinely good-hearted. As many have pointed out, she was known to be a peacekeeper in her community. I think it's a testament to the kind of person she was, always trying to bring people together. It just doesn't seem fair that such a kind soul was taken from us in such a senseless act. Hoping her family finds strength during this unimaginably difficult time and that justice is served.
