I was reading through some old missing persons cases and stumbled across the one about Fernando Casco Rodriguez. It's shocking how little information is out there about him. He was exercising with his group home mates in South Salt Lake City when he vanished. Does anyone else find it odd that nobody spotted anything unusual that day?
