I keep thinking about the location of this shooting. The 2200 block of North 7th Street isn't exactly a bustling neighborhood or downtown area. It's residential but not the kind of place you expect gunfire in broad daylight. It's terrifying to think the shooters were bold enough to carry this out in such a setting. What if there were kids playing outside? Families live there. It truly troubles me to imagine what the neighbors must have witnessed or heard. I commend the detectives who are going through the surveillance footage. That's got to be tough work, and I'm hopeful it can lead to a quick identification of the suspects. It's essential for the community to get answers, and more importantly, justice for Keith and Wahid. If anyone has any information, however small it may seem, it could make a world of difference. Let's keep them in our thoughts and be vigilant in supporting efforts to bring peace to our neighborhoods. Stay safe, Philly friends.
