Has anyone else been following the case of Ny’Reese "Lil P" Moore? I've been thinking a lot about the impact of gun violence in our community. Besides the tragic loss of Lil P, the other shootings around Edenton recently are a stark reminder of how pressing this issue is. I can’t help but wonder what more can be done to address this cycle of violence. It's terrifying to think of these events becoming more frequent, and my heart truly aches for Ny’Reese’s family, especially his young children, who now have to grow up without their dad. I hope the police can find whoever did this and bring some peace to his family. I wish we could also come together as a community to prevent more tragedies like this from happening. What are your thoughts? How can we support his loved ones and encourage change?

Hey everyone, I've been following Lil P’s case and something keeps sticking out to me. It’s been over nine months, and still no arrests or suspects. It’s frustrating, especially for his family, who must be enduring unimaginable pain. I can’t help but wonder if the other shootings that happened that night could somehow be connected. Does anyone have thoughts on whether Donelle Capehart, or even any of the others involved in the shooting on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Avenue, might be linked to Ny’Reese’s case? The timing and proximity seem too coincidental to me, but maybe it's just grasping at straws. Sending love and strength to Lil P's family and friends.
