I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this happened to Nicholas Cole. It’s so sad that someone just trying to do their job got caught in such a terrible situation. I’ve been reading up on the owner of Diamonds of Charlotte, Corey Headen, and it's really concerning how this isn't the first time something like this has happened at one of his venues. I remember reading about that incident back in 2019 at his other club during the CIAA tournament. It makes you wonder, how many more tragic events need to occur before some serious changes are made? Safety should be the top priority for any business, especially places like this. My heart goes out to Nicholas's family and friends. They deserve some peace and justice for what happened.
Does anyone else find it deeply troubling that venues linked to Corey Headen seem to have recurring problems with security and violence? I’m just wondering how many more tragic incidents like the one Nicholas Cole had to endure need to happen before serious actions are taken to address the management and safety protocols at these clubs. It's incredibly frustrating and above all, my heart truly goes out to Nicholas’s family and friends who are left to deal with such a senseless loss. Having a loved one snatched away so suddenly over something that could have been managed better is an unimaginable pain. I hope this spurs a serious review of how these venues operate to prevent anything like this happening again. Thoughts?
