Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the Econoline van that Maile was seen getting into the night before her murder. Does anyone else find it strange that there wasn't more information or follow-up on that lead? I mean, a van isn't exactly the most inconspicuous vehicle. Someone must have seen something! Considering it's such a busy area, you'd think more witnesses would have come forward over the years.
It breaks my heart that Maile's case hasn't been solved after all this time. She was clearly trying to make positive changes in her life and it's so tragic that she and her unborn child didn't get the chance to see that through. Makes you wonder if the owner or driver of that van knew Maile or was involved with her life at that time. Any thoughts or theories about how we can bring more attention to this detail? Would love to hear everyone's opinions.
Let's keep Maile and her family in our thoughts while we discuss. ?️❤️
I've been thinking a lot about the case of Jubilee Lum, aka "Maile," and one thing that's really struck me is how determined she seemed to be to better her life. Enrolling in GED classes shows she was really trying to make a positive change. It's just so tragic that her life and the life of her unborn child were cut short before she could truly see that progress, and it's so frustrating that all the leads have seemingly hit brick walls.
What's particularly unsettling is the overlap with Michelle Bensinger's case. It makes you wonder if there was a common threat targeting these women and why no definitive connection has been found. Could there be someone out there still who has information but hasn't come forward yet? Maybe fear is keeping them silent?
I hope that those who knew Maile and Michelle find some peace and that maybe, just maybe, new information comes to light that can finally bring closure to these cases. They deserve justice, and sometimes it feels like as long as we keep discussing and remembering, there's still hope.
