I’ve been following James Sims III’s case since I first read about it, and something that really stands out to me is the atmosphere on Orlando Street. I visited the area recently, and it was incredibly moving to see the memorial his family put together. The sheer number of candles, flowers, and messages shows how loved and missed James is. It's heartwarming in a way, seeing the community come together to honor his memory, but it also serves as a stark reminder of the justice that’s yet to be served. It’s baffling that despite everyone’s efforts, the case hasn't been cracked yet. I truly hope that the authorities are able to piece everything together soon, so his family can finally get the closure they so desperately need. Keeping them in my thoughts.

I’ve been following James Sims III’s case since it happened, and something that always strikes me is the lack of surveillance footage from that area. I know it was 2009, and cameras weren't as widespread, but it seems like there should have been at least something from a nearby business or traffic cam to give investigators a lead. It's frustrating to think that such a crucial piece of evidence might be missing. I can only imagine how hard this is on his family, feeling like there might be answers out there if only they could be found. I hope technology advances can eventually help bring some resolution for them. Anyone else have thoughts on how this could have impacted the investigation?
