I've been following the Antonio Watts case since it first happened, and every time I think about it, I get so frustrated and sad for his family and friends. I can't imagine how hard it is for them to be stuck in this state of limbo with no answers or justice. One thing that really stands out to me is how this terrible event happened on a sunny afternoon, with school kids and neighbors just going about their day. It’s chilling to think how quickly things changed that day. The presence of so many witnesses should've been a major factor in solving this, but fear is keeping people silent. I understand the fear of retaliation is real and scary, but it's painful to see this case go unsolved because of it. I do hope someone finds the courage to come forward with information. The fear might be there, but I believe that our community can support those who speak out. We owe it to Antonio and his loved ones to not let this case go cold. If anyone out there has anything that could help, reaching out to the Dunkirk police might be the only way to bring a sense of closure and justice for Antonio’s family.
