I’ve been following the Neversink case closely and can't help but think about the impact Botsy must have had on the younger generation in the community. His involvement in coaching women's softball and boys' little league speaks volumes about his dedication to uplifting youth through sports. It's not just about teaching a game; it's about imparting life skills and confidence to those kids. I remember my own little league coach and how much those experiences shaped me—and I have no doubt Botsy offered the same kind of support and mentorship. It's such a tragedy to lose someone who clearly gave so much of himself to his community. My heart aches for all those young people who looked up to him and cherished his guidance. It’s a devastating loss not just of a coach, but a pillar in so many young lives.
