Has anyone else been following the case regarding the custody battle? I’m curious if the bio father filing for custody in the Oklahoma County District Court changes anything about the child’s situation or prompts more immediate action from authorities. Especially since it's been such a long gap, 2.5 years since he's last seen the child! It seems pretty distressing, wondering how this impacts the investigations and efforts to locate the child. North Carolina is quite a distance from Oklahoma—how does that factor into cases like this typically? Hopefully, the court proceedings might shed some more light or result in steps being taken to ensure the child's safety. Anyone familiar with similar cases have any insights on how this might play out?

Hey everyone, I've been following this case closely and something I just noticed is the timeline regarding the bio father's custody battle. He filed for custody on 10/7/2022, right? But what's puzzling is why he waited 2.5 years to initiate this. It makes me wonder if something significant happened around that time to prompt him to take legal action. Could this be related to any changes in the mother's circumstances or location? Those living in or near North Carolina, have there been any recent updates or sightings that might connect to the case? Would love to hear your thoughts or any insights you might have.
