Hey everyone, I’ve been mulling over how fire alarms at motels can often seem routine, yet in this tragic case, it was what led to the discovery of Tabitha Price and Steven Smith’s deaths. The thought that maybe things could have unfolded differently had the fire alarm not gone off crosses my mind. Of course, we can’t change what’s happened, but it’s distressing to think about how such a seemingly minor incident brought to light something so severe. It also makes me wonder about the potential connection between the arson charges against Vaughn Perkins and this case. Could the fire alarm have been triggered by something he set up? Or was it purely coincidental? My heart goes out to Tabby's family. This must be an unimaginable time for them. I hope the ongoing investigation brings them some clarity and justice. If anyone here is in the area or has any insight, please do reach out to the authorities. Stay safe, everyone. Hug your loved ones tight.
