Has anyone heard any updates on when Rodrel "Mann" Mathis's family plans to hold a memorial service? I read that his cousin, Santerrius Robertson, has been speaking up for him and reached out to local news. Losing someone so unexpectedly is unimaginable, and I really hope the community can come together to honor his memory and offer support to his loved ones. Just wanted to share something that’s been on my mind after following the Rodrel "Mann" Mathis case. The fact that the suspect was found all the way in South Dakota is just mind-boggling. It makes you wonder about the level of planning or panic that went into fleeing so far from Roanoke. I can’t even begin to imagine the stress and fear Mann's family must have experienced during the hunt for the suspect.
