Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Ryan Pipkin, and I just can’t stop thinking about how this affects his local community. From what I’ve read, Newport News isn’t the biggest city, so something like this must hit particularly hard. It’s awful to think about the fear and grief his friends and family must be going through right now. I keep wondering about the safety measures in place around that area—are there any community programs or initiatives focused on reducing gun violence? I’ve also seen some discussions about how the local neighborhoods can rally together during these tough times. Maybe it’s about coming together to support one another and perhaps even push for change?
