I've been following the discussion about Zimir Wright Jr.'s tragic death, and something that keeps resonating with me is the impact this event is having on his school community at Heritage High. It's beyond devastating to think about how his friends and classmates are processing this loss. It's important for us, as a community, to advocate for more mental health resources for these kids who are directly affected. Reaching out to provide support to students who are struggling helps keep Zimir's memory alive in a positive way. We need to consider how trauma affects young minds and make sure his friends get the help they need.
